A Construction Foreman is the first line supervisor for the management of construction activities, issues/problems, quality and schedule. A Construction Foreman coordinates the work of the construction crew and is responsible for overseeing quality and safety procedures. There are four courses designed for Foreman Training at various levels.
The third course, "Foreman Skills for Communication, Leadership and Poise" starts March 8, 2011.
