The purpose of ABC Keystone's course and seminar offerings is to provide our member companies with a first class training resource that will enable them to develop a well-trained workforce. We offer courses and seminars for the total contractor, from support staff all the way up to the company CEO.
Our goal is to assist our member contractors in the growth and development of their workforce by providing relevant and practical seminars and courses that will better enable them to compete in the construction marketplace. To be successful competitors in the construction industry, our contractor members need employees with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to use their time wisely, make sound decisions, and do their jobs competently.
Successful competition is a team effort, and like a chain, the contractor’s team is only as strong as the weakest link. This makes it very important for all team members to be given the opportunity to stretch and grow in the area of their job responsibilities. By offering training opportunities that will enable individual employees of our members to develop their career skills, we are strengthening the ability of our members to grow and compete in the marketplace.
