The goal of our apprenticeship program is to give individuals the opportunity to become skilled craftspeople, learn a trade, and earn an income, providing ABC Keystone contractors the ability to employ a highly skilled workforce.
Apprentices learn on-the-job with the supervision of a skilled craftsperson, while working for an approved contractor. Apprenticeship combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction. The purpose of the program is to provide the apprentice with a comprehensive knowledge of the trade. It is one of the most effective and efficient ways for a contractor to train his workforce.
